MS TIF 200 Overview
The automatic peeler machine MS TIF-200 is suitable for fruits and vegetables of small dimensions such as Oranges, Apples, Pears, Kiwi, Peaches, Lemons, Grapefruits, Mangos, Papayas, Avocados, Tomatoes, Onions, Potatoes, Carrots and Aubergines.
Fruits are peeled by rotating on their axle through the bottom trident, while they are being fixed through a mobile arm ferrule on the top.
Fruits can be peeled to maximum height of 120mm.
The machine has a mobile arm that follows the surface of the fruit (operation patented similar to that of the lathe) and automatically stops at the end cycle.
The blade is climbing on an arm and removes the quantity of peel related to the regulation of the thickness while the fruit is rotating.
The machine is operational with one general interrupter and three push bottons, the Green one for Start function, the Black one for two automatic passes (expressly for citrus) and one of safety color red.
An electronic switch is prepared to adjust the speed of peeling for every type of product.
The machine has a safety helmet which stops the function when lifted.
